We have Per Diem Physical Therapist openings available at Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell in Pennington, NJ.

In this role, you will develop and implement treatment plans, establish measurable goals for patients, and instruct patients, families and other caregivers in therapies and activities to improve the patient's level of function, facilitate discharge and maximize carryover of home instructions. You will also coordinate care with physicians, nurses, case managers and other interdisciplinary team members, as well as with healthcare providers and others outside of the hospital when needed.

Requirements:
* Graduation from accredited physical therapy school or education approved by NJ State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
* Valid NJ license.
* BLS.
